Vila Stribor - Stribor is the Old Slavonic God of weather conditions. As a symbol of very pleasant climate which blesses Herceg Novi, we gave that name to our villa. It shall be built in peaceful and picturesque part of Igalo, close to the Tito’s villa and the spa centre, with breathtaking sea view on island Mamula and mountain Dobraštica. For only 6 minutes of walk you arrive to the beach. One of the closest beaches is the beach with famous healing mud. About 6 minutes of walk is the bus station which goes every 15 minutes and drives along the town and every 30 minutes it drives to the end of Herceg Novi region - Kamenari and ferry boat. There is also couple of supermarkets in its closeness.

Villa Stribor shall have two floors of residential area, and as an enjoyment paradise - a swimming pool on the roof which will be available to all inhabitants. Around the swimming-pool shall be flower-stands with palm and banana trees and sun loungers.

The front part of the building is toward the south-east (for orientation - island Mamula is on the south). The apartments on the first floor have partly sea view and great view on mountain Dobrastica. The apartments on the second floor have great sea and mountain view, and there is also a perfect view from the roof terrace and swimming-pool.

The equipment in apartments is luxurious: bathrooms are with Finnish saunas, shower cabins with music, hydro-massage and steam sauna, Jacuzzi (depending on a size of apartment), large mirrors; rooms are with bamboo parquet or granite slabs on the floors, PVC joinery, sound, thermo and hydro-isolation, satellite and local TV antenna, possibility of fast Internet (ADSL), fences of wrought iron, air-conditioners and other equipment related to the above named.

“Superior” organizes building and surrounding maintenance.
